Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent document disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying various parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
